We're Hiring | HR / US IT Recruiter

Stier Solutions is looking for an experienced HR / US IT Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of recruitment activities along with key HR responsibilities.

Location: Film Nagar, Hyderabad – On-site

Shift: US Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels

Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records

Support onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, and other HR activities

Assist in maintaining workplace policies, communication, and employee engagement

Use ATS, LinkedIn, and AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency

Requirements

Previous US IT Staffing experience is mandatory

Minimum 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience

Strong communication and candidate-handling skills

Good understanding of IT roles and technical recruitment

Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS platforms

Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements

Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills

Important

US IT Staffing experience is mandatory for this position.

Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Candidates should be comfortable working in US shift timings.

This is an on-site position in Film Nagar, Hyderabad.

No cab facility is provided.
