Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand client IT requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and scheduling of interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Learn US staffing concepts, visa classifications, and recruitment processes.
• Support senior recruiters in fulfilling client requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
