About the Role
This role is ideal for a self-motivated recruiter looking to advance their career while working with direct clients and high-quality IT talent.
Experience : 4-6 yrs
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for W2 requirements from direct clients.
- Source, screen, and conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Ensure timely closures of job roles while maintaining high submission-to-hire ratios.
- Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and contract terms with candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment with expertise in W2 hiring.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types.
- Hands-on experience using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.

Pay range and compensation package
Budget :6 LPA
