Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Remote
Experience: 15 Years
Shift: Must be comfortable working in EST/CST time zones
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end US recruitment life cycle
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment leads
- Source candidates through various platforms, focusing on IT roles
- Conduct interviews and document the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry and market trends
- Work with a focus on organizational growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge of US hiring laws and practices
- Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, and knowledge of US work visas (H1B, E3, TN, etc.)
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
- Excellent sourcing, communication, and candidate evaluation skills
- Prior experience with SIs like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc., is a big plus
