Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (contract & full-time roles)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets
Requirements:
- 14 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with US job portals and ATS tools
- Comfortable working US shift hours
- Must be able to commute independently to the Rohini office
