We're hiring a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Chennai. If you have a proven track record in end-to-end US IT recruitment, especially handling W2 requirements, and are looking to work in a high-performance, team-driven environmentthis opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
- Source candidates using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Conduct technical screenings and assess candidate fit for IT roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
- Utilize tools such as Job Diva, Ceipal, and Boolean search techniques.
- Solid understanding of US tax terms (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) and various visa classifications (USC, GC, EAD, L2, H4, OPT).
- Maintain accurate candidate data and proactively manage pipelines.
- Stay up to date on industry trends to refine sourcing strategies.
- Deliver consistent results and contribute to individual and team targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 36 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruiting databases.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
