Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete US recruitment life cycle with extensive handson experience.
  • Review and analyze active client requirements to source and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Utilize multiple internet resources, including social networking platforms, to source candidates.
  • Participate in daily huddles with Team Leads and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closures are effectively managed.
  • Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and; Indeed, create and manage job postings on these portals.
  • Conduct detailed screening to assess candidate interest, skill-level match, technical capabilities, and compensation expectations (payment, negotiation, and tax terms such as W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Work on contract and permanent (full-time) hiring requirements.
  • Be wellversed in US recruitment terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, and US visa categories.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal databases, to achieve high-quality results.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes across various IT and nonIT technologies.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong experience working with direct clients, with specialization in W2 hiring (including a focus on nonIT roles).
    • Thorough understanding of US tax terms and visa classifications.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in US staffing for the specific domain.
    • Experience working with MSP clients and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
    • Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
    • Ability to apply both traditional and innovative recruiting strategies to close positions as per client needs.
    • Strong understanding of technology-based and domain-based recruiting.
    • Proficiency in creating Boolean search strings to source qualified candidates from multiple platforms.
