Job Description

  • Handle the entire recruitment process for Non-IT roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews with US clients.
  • Identify potential candidates using job boards such asJob Diva,Dice,Monster, and professional networks.
  • Recruit across different employment types likeW2,1099, andC2C, ensuring compliance with US hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules considering US time zone differences.
  • Collaborate with US-based hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized candidate database and track the hiring process usingATSsystems.
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes are in line with US labor laws and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 yearsof experience inUS Non-IT recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and screening.
  • Expertise in using job boards such asJob Diva,Dice, andMonsterto find qualified candidates.
  • Familiarity with US hiring models likeW2,1099, andC2C.
  • Ability to work acrossdifferent time zonesand manage candidates efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects at the same time.
  • Experience usingATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
