Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Noida , 100% Onsite

Experience: 3-10 Years

Job Description:

• Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients and requirements.
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong experience with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and others.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and rate.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of US staffing, work authorization, and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in US business hours/night shifts.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
