Position: US IT Recruiters (EST timings)

Work Location: Multiple Locations

Experience: 3-6 years

Location- Hyderabad

Need who can join Immediate

Mandatory: Should have experience working on W2/Full time Positions.

Responsibilities -

Responsibilities will include understanding Job Requirements; resourcing, Screening, Qualifying and submitting resumes based on the needs.

Should be well-versed in understanding technology and skills based on requirement

Sourcing from different job boards Like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Internal DB.

Engaging with the prospective candidate over phone, Screening, Interviewing, Submitting to immediate manager for further review, Interview Coordination, follow up calls, rolling out offer and on boarding.

Follow up with candidates & stakeholders

Team Player – Able to work in a team environment

This position requires working for US market and speaking with candidates based in United States. Good communication and interpersonal skills are Mandatory

Qualification:

Should be Tech Savvy

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Self-motivated, self-directed.

Should be comfortable to work in night Shift.
