Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Description

Experience Requirement: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.

Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Expertise in handling state clients.

Proficient in sourcing resumes from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Strong knowledge of technical terminologies, technologies, and skills relevant to IT roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.

Ability to liaise with state Clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.

Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

Expertise in building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
