Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team..

Key Responsibilities:

Looking for a hands-on Full Life Cycle recruiter with below skills:

• Overall, at least 5+ years experience
• At least 2 years of US and Canada recruiting experience
• Should be familiar in working with popular job boards DICE, Monster, Career Builder
• Be able to create Boolean strings and run Internet searches
• Familiarity with IT jargons and awareness of commonly recruited skills
• Ability to talk intelligently with both candidates and hiring managers
• Working experience in ATS systems like Ceipal, etc.
• Qualify candidates through phone screens and present to Managers
• Will be required to set up tech interviews and follow up for feedback
• Be able to negotiate and close onsite candidates after selection
• Have basic understanding of the background check process
• Be able to attend status calls and provide regular updates
• Maintain a tracker of all open demand with activity against each
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Should have good and clear communication skills
• Be willing to work the night shift at 6:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.
