Job Title: US IT Technical Recruiter Full Time (Federal & Commercial Clients)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite 5 days a week)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work in US EST time Zone)

Experience: 6+ Years in US IT Recruitment (Government & Commercial Clients Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in handling W2 requirements and proven experience working with Commercial and Federal USA clients. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting for government contracts, understanding complex requirements, and sourcing candidates eligible for W2 employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for State and Federal IT requirements (W2 only).

Work on roles released through State portals and Federal contract requirements.

Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS.

Screen candidates for technical skills, background eligibility, and government compliance standards.

Ensure candidates meet W2 employment criteria (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD as applicable).

Verify experience related to government projects, clearances, and background checks.

Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate compensation within W2 structure.

Maintain submission trackers and meet daily/weekly submission targets.

Ensure compliance with federal/state employment and documentation requirements (I-9, E-Verify, etc.).

Required Skills:

610 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong experience working with commercial and Federal clients.

Knowledge of government job portals and procurement processes.

Understanding W2 hiring model (No C2C).

Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

Experience recruiting for roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, or Top-Secret clearance.

Strong knowledge of visa/work authorization categories.

Strong Knowledge using tools LinkedIn and Dice etc. for sourcing the right candidates.

Excellent communication and strong motivation.
