IT Recruiter & Bench Sales Specialist
Location: Madhapur
On-site Hyderabad
Shift: 07:30PM to 04:30AM
Experience: 2 5 years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements (US IT)
- Bench Sales Management: Market Bench Consultants to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Sourcing & Networking: Leverage LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder to find requirements and candidates
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with vendors and candidates for high placement rates
- Reporting: Track and report daily submissions, interviews, and placements
Candidate Requirements
- Dual Expertise: Proven experience in IT Recruitment and Bench Sales
- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (US markets)
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam
- - Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
