Job Title : US IT Recruiter

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team and support hiring for US-based clients across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing, hands-on sourcing capabilities, and a solid understanding of US hiring models, visa types, and technical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and full-time requirements
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial recruiter screenings
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
Work closely with account managers and hiring teams on priority roles
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
Build strong candidate relationships and maintain consistent communication
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing
Strong understanding of:
W2
C2C
1099
US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.)
Experience working on direct client or implementation partner requirements
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with VMS/MSP environments
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
Experience recruiting for cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, data engineering, or software development roles
