Shift Timings: US Shift (Night Shift - IST)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Negotiate salary/rates and close positions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure timely submissions and closures

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good knowledge of visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with direct clients / implementation partners
• Strong negotiation and closure skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
