US Healthcare Role : Noida/Mohali - 2+ Years of Experience
Job Description:
- Should be aware of Healthcare terminologies.
- Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc (Healthcare Nursing)
- Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Travel Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager)
- Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)
- Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
- Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
- Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfilling them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
US IT Recruiter Role : Mohali - 3+ Years of experience
Job Description:
- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
- Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs
- Expert in H1B, H1-Transfer OPT-EAD, GC-EAD, H4- EAD, TN, GC, USC.
- I have good knowledge of Tax terms W2/C2C/1099 and time zones.
- State IT Client experience is must.
