Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for various IT positions in the US.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Experience with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
