About the Role

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT staffing and a good understanding of the US recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, visa status, and client requirements.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.

Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.

Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide regular follow-ups.

Understand basic US staffing concepts, including W2, C2C, 1099, visa types, and tax terms.

Meet recruitment targets and maintain quality submissions.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.

Good understanding of the US IT staffing market.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Comfortable working in the US night shift.
