We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill the talent needs of our organization.

Role: US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter

Exp. Req: 3+ Yrs in US IT Recruitment (✅Only relevant exp. will be considered)

Work Timings: EST Shift

Location: Sector 63, Noida -100% Onsite

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of US IT recruitment and be skilled in screening, and validating candidates for IT- roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in US- IT recruitment , with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles on C2C, W2 and FT roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Work Visa categories.
• Experience recruiting for specific IT disciplines such as software development, cyber security, or data analytics, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Networking and Systems Administration.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Qualifications Required : Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, BCA
