Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented US IT Recruiter, if you have a strong understanding of the US staffing process and are passionate about sourcing top IT talent, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements

Sourcing candidates through job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn

Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates

Working on W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms

Coordinating with hiring managers and account managers to fulfill client needs

Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates

What We're Looking For:

35 years of experience in US IT recruitment

Strong knowledge of US employment types & visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in night shifts
