Role Summary
Experienced US IT Recruiter specializing in sourcing and placing candidates for manufacturing and engineering clients across the US market. Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, handle niche technical roles, and work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced offshore recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work closely with manufacturing & engineering clients for requirements such as:
- Embedded Systems Engineers
- Mechanical / Electrical Engineers
- PLM / CAD (Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks) professionals
- IoT, Industry 4.0, and Automation roles
- Source candidates through: Job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder)
- LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
- Perform initial screening, technical validation, and salary negotiation
- Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Ensure compliance with US hiring policies and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT)
Required Skills
