Purpose of the Role:
- Responsible for managing end-to-end field recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding suitable candidates for volume and on-ground operational roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of field resources through effective sourcing strategies, field visits, and relationship management.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operational teams to understand manpower requirements for the roles.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies focused on field hiring—local market reach-out, referrals, job fairs, and community networks.
- Conduct field visits to colleges, training institutes, and local talent hubs to attract potential candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, telephonic screening, field interviews, salary discussions, and final selection.
- Prepare role-specific job descriptions and interview questions suitable for field-level positions.
- Source candidates using online platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, walk-ins, and on-ground sourcing.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate interest level, communication, attitude, and suitability for the roles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Collect and verify candidate documents, handle offer communication, and negotiate salary within given budgets.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and local sourcing partners.
- Participate in field recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring events to strengthen the talent pool.
- Maintain, track, and update daily recruitment reports, dashboards, and trackers with accuracy.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- 2 - 6 years experience in field recruitment and campus recruitment.
- Should have experience in mass hiring of industrial, manufacturing, and retail segments.
- Good in communication and Negotiation skills.
