Job Timing: (7 pm to 4 am IST)

Job Brief:

ATC is hiring a Junior US IT Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US IT and non-IT roles. Candidates will manage candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer negotiation across multiple recruitment portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage candidate pipelines using diverse online recruitment platforms
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews efficiently
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding
• Multitask effectively to balance competing demands at a fast pace
• Thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining recruitment quality
• Collaborate with US hiring managers and global teams

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years recruitment experience (internships count)
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with US recruitment and IT/non-IT job markets
