We are looking for a dynamic and driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team! If you have a passion for talent acquisition, experience in US staffing, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentthis role is for you.

Location: Bangalore (MG Road)

Work Mode: 100% On-site (5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Screen, shortlist, and qualify candidates based on client requirements
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes & tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
