We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top IT talent for the US market, with a strong understanding of various technical roles and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by leveraging social media, job boards, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape in the IT recruitment space.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and clients effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to facilitate offer acceptance.
