About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter with 23 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to manage candidates and stakeholders independently while working in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.

Screen resumes based on technical requirements and client expectations.

Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain strong follow-up and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate salary, rates (W2, C2C, 1099 understanding preferred).

Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers accurately.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Experience working with direct clients and/or implementation partners.

Proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong screening and evaluation skills for technical roles (Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).

Ability to work in EST/PST shifts.

Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Strong leadership mindset and ownership attitude.
