US IT Recruiter Full Time (Onsite | Night Shift)
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West
Mode: 100% Onsite (5 days/week)
Experience: 7+ Years in US Staffing
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT positions
- Sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
- Handling contract and permanent hiring
- Screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement
- Managing multiple requirements simultaneously
- Meeting daily and monthly submission targets
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
Required Skills & Experience:
- 57 years of experience in US staffing / US IT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience working on IT, ERP, and Non-IT roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset

- Night shift role
- No pickup/drop facility
