We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for the US market. This role involves working closely with our hiring managers to identify talent needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles in the US market.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US-based roles.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies such as software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong networking skills and ability to source candidates from various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
