We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment for the US market and a deep understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT roles through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the position.
- Maintain a database of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for US markets.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
