We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals for positions with our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and job specifications for US IT positions
  • Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Assess candidates technical skills, communication skills, and work eligibility
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track and update candidate information in ATS or internal databases
  • Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and offer status
  • Ensure compliance with US recruitment policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Any stream)
  • Basic understanding of US IT roles and technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) is a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in US IT staffing or consulting firms
  • Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS portals
