- Handle the entire recruitment process for Non-IT roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews with US clients.
- Identify potential candidates using job boards such asJob Diva,Dice,Monster, and professional networks.
- Recruit across different employment types likeW2,1099, andC2C, ensuring compliance with US hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules considering US time zone differences.
- Collaborate with US-based hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and track the hiring process usingATSsystems.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes are in line with US labor laws and client expectations.
