Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals for positions with our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and job specifications for US IT positions
- Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Assess candidates technical skills, communication skills, and work eligibility
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients in a timely manner
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track and update candidate information in ATS or internal databases
- Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and offer status
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Any stream)
- Basic understanding of US IT roles and technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.)
- Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in US IT staffing or consulting firms
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Experience working with MSP/VMS portals
