About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance US IT Recruiter based in India who can help us source and screen AI Consultants for US-based opportunities. The recruiter will work remotely and support hiring efforts by identifying qualified candidates for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science roles.

This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity, ideal for recruiters who already have experience working with US IT staffing requirements and sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Source AI Consultants, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists for US-based clients
• Identify candidates with skills in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI
• Screen candidates and evaluate their technical background and work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, etc.)
• Conduct initial recruiter calls and shortlist qualified candidates
• Submit candidate profiles with detailed screening notes
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Experience sourcing AI / ML / Data Science consultants
• Strong understanding of US work authorization types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
