About the Role:

Axiom Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our

Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end

US IT recruitment, sourcing technical talent, understanding US employment terms, and

coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill client requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.

● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals,

and networking.

● Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication,

and cultural fit.

● Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.

● Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.

● Negotiate salary, availability, and joining timelines with candidates.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

● Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS/CRM.

● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate

experience.

● Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.

● Stay updated on current US IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

● Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and workforce

planning.

Required Knowledge

● Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.

● Knowledge of US employment types: W2 // C2C (Corp-to-Corp) // 1099

● Understanding of US work authorization: US Citizen // Green Card // H1B // OPT/CPT // EAD // TN Visa

● Familiarity with US time zones.

● Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.

● Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.

sourcing platforms.

● Experience recruiting for MSP, VMS, or direct clients is an added advantage.

● Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
