US IT Recruiter – OPT / H-1BT Specialist

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B Transfer, EAD and other work-authorized candidates across the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and build a strong pipeline of OPT/STEM OPT and H-1B transfer candidates across the U.S.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, work authorization, visa validity, location, availability, and compensation.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and an updated candidate database.
• Work closely with recruiting/sales teams to understand requirements and submit qualified profiles.
• Manage candidate follow-ups through interviews and placements.
• Meet sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on U.S. IT recruiting experience, preferably in staffing/consulting.
• Proven experience sourcing independent- OPT/STEM OPT / L2S/ H4 / GC / EAD / Citizen and H-1B Transfer candidates.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorization and IT staffing.
• Excellent Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience recruiting across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Candidates with an established OPT/H-1BT network across the U.S. will be strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours/night shift.
