Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with 24 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates across different tax terms and visa categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full life-cycle US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and job portals.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, visa status, and client requirements.
- Understand and follow US compliance, tax terms, and visa rules.
- Coordinate with account managers, sales team, and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure quick turnaround time (TAT).
Required Skills:
- 24 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Good understanding of US work visas (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, EAD)
- Experience in IT skill screening
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shifts
