Location: Hyderabad, India (Onsite – Madhapur, 5 Days/Week) / Remote Option

Job Description:

Next Gen Software Solutions is actively hiring experienced and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. If you are passionate about connecting top IT talent with leading US clients, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS (Ceipal)
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
• Experience working with US Citizens and direct client communication preferred
• Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Proficiency in hiring W2 resources for IT roles
• Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, RPS
