- Maximum 10 years of experience in US Staffing and Recruitment
- Strong networking skills
- Understanding of the IT Industry
- Experience in recruiting for US IT and Non-IT roles
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit top IT talent for various US-based clients
- Utilize networking and sourcing techniques to attract candidates
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
