Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT bench sales positions in the US market.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and salaries with candidates and clients as needed.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop recruitment strategies and improve processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in bench sales.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry and market dynamics.
- Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
