We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused sales executive for a leading retail furniture brand with stores in Chennai and Coimbatore. The role involves achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, ensuring adherence to retail SOPs, and contributing to overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policies
• Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally
• Maintain regular coordination with the Showroom Manager, Area Manager, and General Manager to align with business targets
• Suggest sales improvement initiatives and actively contribute ideas to boost performance
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and close sales
• Respond promptly to customer calls and provide timely solutions
