Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Support user research, usability testing, and basic competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to hand off designs and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Update design assets based on feedback and contribute to design systems under senior guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Applications (BCA), B.Sc. IT, or related field.
- 0-3 years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, case studies)portfolio review is the first screening step; no portfolio means no consideration.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or responsive principles.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to work onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred for immediate availability.
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to AI interfaces, Agile/Scrum, or accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Basic front-end skills like JS or jQuery.
