About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of feature-level problem spaces within a B2B SaaS platform and translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of medium-complexity features from discovery to final handoff
- Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear user flows, interaction models, and polished UI
- Make informed trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Break down complex workflows into intuitive, usable journeys
- Design for clarity in data-heavy and system-driven interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design specifications
- Partner with PMs to clarify problems and define scope early
- Bring a user-first lens and challenge assumptions thoughtfully
- Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
- Apply and extend the existing design system
- Identify reusable patterns from new features
- Maintain accessibility and usability standards
- Participate in early discussions to shape problem framing
- Conduct lightweight usability testing or feedback sessions when needed
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and product performance
- Balance speed with thoughtful execution
Qualifications
- 23 years of experience designing digital products (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Graduate degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or another relevant technical field
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals (IA, interaction design, usability)
- Good visual craft and attention to detail
- Experience working on feature-level ownership (not just screen polish)
- Experience handling complex or data-heavy interfaces
- Clear communication and ability to articulate design rationale
- Proficiency in Figma
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B / SaaS / platform products
- Exposure to user research or usability testing
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of frontend constraints (states, components, system logic)
