About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic digital and design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, a keen eye for interface aesthetics, and the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences. This role requires creativity, collaboration, and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring digital products and features to life.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize workflows.

Maintain design systems and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across platforms.

Support creative design needs such as social media or campaign assets when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit is necessary.

Solid understanding of design principles: layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.

Experience in creating responsive designs for desktop and mobile.

Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing practices.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.

A relevant portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, prototypes, and case studies.
