We are the team responsible for designing user-centric experiences for Nuvama Wealth's digital platforms. These platforms are built to support digital investment workflows and serve a wide range of users, including direct customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through intuitive design and seamless digital interactions.
What You'll Gain:

About the role:
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for strategic design projects, incorporating feedback from users and other stakeholders.
- Own UX design deliverables for assigned projects, from research and ideation to prototyping.
- Develop UX strategies to improve adoption & customer satisfaction of Nuvama's digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain information architecture, user flows & wireframes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other tech stakeholders to ensure feasible design solutions.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance user experiences.
- Measure and analyse the impact of UX initiatives on user satisfaction and business performance.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor products to enhance UX strategy.
- Leverage modern design tools and AI platforms to accelerate design workflows.
- Proficient in Figma, with experience using research tools and UX analytics software.
Requirements
- Portfolio: A strong digital portfolio with UX case studies
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Design Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
- Professional experience of 2-6 years
