Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing end-to-end product experiences, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI designs. Strong expertise in Figma is mandatory, along with excellent English communication skills and the ability to quickly understand and adapt to design requirements. Prior experience in SaaS product-based companies is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Design complete product interfaces from concept to final delivery, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Create, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms.
- Use Figma extensively for UI design, prototyping, and team collaboration.
- Clearly communicate design ideas, concepts, and design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder inputs, and technical constraints.
- Contribute to user research, usability testing, and continuous improvement of product interfaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end product design, including wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototypes, collaboration).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong grasping and analytical skills to quickly understand requirements and implement changes.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience in SaaS product-based companies is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems and UI Kits.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing practices.
