Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to craft seamless user experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital campaigns
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain design consistency through style guides and design systems
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
