Role Overview
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who enjoys solving complex product challenges.
You'll work across large ERP systems and SaaS platforms, designing experiences that balance usability, scalability, and visual clarity. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, not just screens and who's comfortable switching between product design and brand-led visual work.
What you'll do
- Design UX/UI for multi-module SaaS and ERP products
- Turn complex workflows into clear user journeys and intuitive interfaces
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and pattern libraries
- Improve usability, adoption, and efficiency using user behavior principles
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop and web
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in fast iteration cycles
- Design landing pages and marketing-driven digital experiences
- Create social media creatives and brand-aligned visual assets
- Use micro-interactions and subtle animations to enhance onboarding and guidance
- Contribute to visual storytelling across product and brand touchpoints
What we're expecting
- 35 years of professional UX/UI experience
- Worked on 23 complete SaaS products with 5+ modules
- Strong fundamentals in UX principles, typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction design
- Experience designing dashboards, workflows, and data-heavy interfaces
- Deep understanding of usability patterns and user-centric thinking
- Strong Figma expertise (Adobe Suite, Framer, After Effects is a plus)
- Solid portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design systems
- Experience with website visuals, branding assets, and social creatives
- Basic knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and managing design handoffs
Nice to have
- Experience building design systems in SaaS or ERP environments
- Exposure to accessibility standards and usability testing
- Familiarity with analytics-driven design and iterative experimentation
- Experience with social content storytelling
- Knowledge of real estate or other operationally complex industries
