Job Purpose:
Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and enhance overall product usability, accessibility, and engagement.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design for web and mobile applications
- Strong expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Experience creating user personas, journey maps, and identifying user pain points
- Well-versed in Information Architecture, including sitemaps, navigation flows, and content structuring
- Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, layout systems, and iconography
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and style guides
- Good understanding of Interaction Design, micro interactions, animations, and responsive behavior
- Conducts usability testing and translates insights into actionable design improvements
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
