House of Anita Dongre is hiring for a UI/UX Designer for the brand GD and AND.
Job Profile :
- Create user-centered page layouts, sketches, collection pages for the website whenever there is a business requirement.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions time to time for existing or any new website development.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and preferences to enhance user journey on the existing website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints before any implementation.
- Create visual designs that reflect brand identity and style guidelines while also providing a user-friendly experience for website in collaboration with marketing team.
- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products, platforms and websites for HOAD.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.
- Conduct regular website hygiene check and make corrections highlight to relevant team/stakeholders as needed.
- Publish monthly reports on website sanity and hygiene covering key check points- technical glitches, user journey based issues, layout issues, etc.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Interface Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought processes.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and other front-end development technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
